Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care to patients onsite in their homes, including administering medications, performing wound care, and conducting patient assessments. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, monitor conditions, and report progress to the Clinical Manager. Educate patients and families on disease management while maintaining accurate records and overseeing Home Health Aides. Requires current RN licensure, med surg/ICU experience, and a valid driver's license. Full-time 40-hour schedule with pay per visit ranging from $49.00 to $69.00.
Required Qualifications
- Med surg, ICU, ER, or acute experience
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
