Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care to patients onsite in their homes, including administering medications, performing wound care, and conducting patient assessments. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Monitor patients' conditions, report changes, and educate families on disease management and treatment options. Maintain accurate records, coordinate with professionals, and report progress to the physician and Clinical Manager. Oversee the work of Home Health Aides and monitor their documentation completion. This fulltime position covers the South Region, including Iowa City and North Liberty, with a salary of $77,200 - $106,200 per year.
Required Qualifications
- Med surg, ICU, ER, or acute experience
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Live within coverage area of North Liberty / Iowa City patient census
- TB screening
- Maintain personal vehicle liability insurance
- Vehicle insurance in accordance with residing state minimum required limits, or $25,000 bodily injury per person/$25,000 bodily injury per event /$10,000 for property damage or whichever is higher
