Home Health Registered Nurse

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, performing wound care, and conducting patient assessments. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Monitor patients' conditions, report changes, and educate families on disease management and treatment options. Maintain accurate records, coordinate with professionals, and oversee Home Health Aides' documentation completion. This role requires a Med surg, ICU, or ER background with current RN licensure and CPR certification. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license and auto insurance. Pay ranges from $77,200 to $106,200 annually for 40 hours per week. TB screening is required as part of the patient-facing program.
