Job Summary
As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, managing care plans and collaborating with physicians. Your responsibilities include administering medications, performing wound care, educating patients and families on care options, and maintaining accurate health records. You will hold a current RN license and CPR certification, with experience in acute care preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma, Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Med surg, ICU, ER, or acute experience
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation

- One year nursing experience
- Home Health experience
