Job Summary
Support patient recovery and ability to stay at home by educating families on disease management and providing clinical oversight to the interdisciplinary team. Manage home health cases and enable patients to spend quality time with loved ones while performing activities they enjoy. Maintain RN licensure, two years of nursing experience, and current driver's license and CPR/BCLS certification. Required Qualifications
- RN license in the state you work
