Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, performing wound care, and conducting patient assessments. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Monitor patients' conditions, report changes, and educate families on disease management and treatment options. Maintain accurate records, coordinate with professionals, and oversee Home Health Aides' documentation. Requires Med surg, ICU, or ER experience; current RN licensure, CPR certification, and valid driver's license. Full-time 40-hour weekly schedule with pay range $92,600 - $127,400. Required Qualifications
