Job Summary
As a PRN Home Health Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide personalized nursing care to patients in their homes. Responsibilities include conducting health assessments, developing care plans, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and educating patients and families on healthcare strategies. The role requires strong clinical assessment skills, the ability to work independently, and proficiency with electronic health records. Candidates must hold a valid RN license and BLS certification, with experience in home health preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed by the Texas State Board of Nurse Examiners
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related field
- Skills and knowledge with infusion therapy and wound care
