Job Summary
Conduct home health visits in Calvert County, Maryland, following designated care plans and performing assigned duties such as medication administration, wound care, and client assessments. Monitor clients' conditions, report changes to managers, and accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet. Execute and properly document doctors' orders while managing case coordination and travel to assigned cases. Work Monday through Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm with flexible schedules and 1:1 care. Requires a current MD RN license, one year of recent clinical experience, and strong computer skills with EMR proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in MD.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Solid computer skills
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

- Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
