Job Summary
Home Health Registered Nurse for AdvisaCare providing tailored in-home nursing care to diverse patients in Rochester Hills, MI. Responsibilities include evaluating patients in their homes, developing and implementing individualized care plans, coordinating with the care team, and delivering compassionate clinical care. Requires Michigan RN license, BLS, ability to work independently or with a team, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule with full or part-time/per diem opportunities. On-site role with emphasis on patient safety, excellent communication, and comprehensive home health services.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Michigan Registered Nurse License
- BLS certification
- Experience in a home health care setting (preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment skills

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
