Home Health Registered Nurse 7on/7off

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, performing wound care, and conducting patient assessments. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians while monitoring conditions and reporting changes. Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment options, maintain accurate records, and oversee Home Health Aides. Report progress to the physician and Clinical Manager. Requires current and unrestricted RN licensure, valid driver's license, and auto insurance. Pay range $77,200 - $106,200 annually for full-time 40-hour weeks. TB screening required.
