Job Summary
Deliver physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, assisting patients in improving mobility, strength, endurance, and balance. Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes while educating patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safety techniques. Maintain compliance with all state, federal, Medicare, and agency regulations. Requires an active Florida PTA license, minimum one year of home health experience, and reliable transportation. Compensation ranges from $50 to $55 per visit for private or Medicare patients. Flexible scheduling available.
Required Qualifications
