Job Summary
Deliver physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to improve patient mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes while educating patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safety techniques. Communicate effectively with the supervising PT and interdisciplinary team to ensure compliance with state, federal, Medicare, and agency regulations. Requires an active Florida PTA license, minimum one year of home health experience, and ability to work independently on a flexible schedule. Compensation ranges from $50 to $55 per visit depending on insurance type.
