Home Health PTA

Provide direct physical therapy according to the physician's plan of care to relieve pain, restore function, and maintain patient performance. Direct and aid patients in active and passive therapeutic exercises, muscle reeducation, gait training, transfers, and prosthetic training. Instruct patients on the use of wheelchairs, braces, crutches, canes, and orthotic devices. Observe patient reactions to treatment and report changes in condition to the physical therapist and organization personnel. Requires a valid PTA license in CA, current BLS/CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. Full-time and part-time roles available with flexible scheduling.
