Job Summary
Home Health PTA PRN – provide skilled therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist in patients' homes, including gait training and therapeutic exercises, assistive device training, and patient education; maintain accurate documentation; collaborate with Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals; adhere to infection control guidelines; requires Florida PTA license and 6 months of hospital/rehab experience; must have reliable transportation to visit patients in Cape Coral, FL; flexible scheduling and competitive pay.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 6 months experience in hospital, skilled nursing facility, or rehab
- Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes
