You will document progress in patient records, participate in care coordination and discharge planning, and support other health care personnel in meeting patient needs. Required Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of North Carolina
- A valid driver‘s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Current CPR certification
