Job Summary
Assess and evaluate therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status while examining the home environment. Initiate physical therapy programs and instruct family members or caregivers on specific phases and goals of treatment. Participate in case conferences to identify needs for additional home health services and refer as necessary. This role requires a valid PT license, current BLS/CPR certification, and a valid CA driver's license. We offer competitive pay, a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff, and flexible scheduling. Prohealth serves over 12 counties in Northern California with a patient-focused care model.
Required Qualifications
- Valid PT License to Practice in CA
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Valid CA Driver's license
- Minimum of one year Physical Therapy experience
