Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose impairments and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, exercises, and gait training to improve mobility, strength, and balance. Assist patients with adaptive strategies and device training to enhance independence. Educate patients and families on body mechanics and injury prevention. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries while adhering to HIPAA and Medicare regulations. Requires current Florida PT license, minimum one year clinical experience, and reliable transportation. Competitive pay and flexible scheduling available.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
