Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) -PTA LICENSE REQUIRED

Provide Skilled PTA care by implementing individualized plans of care developed by the supervising Physical Therapist; perform therapeutic interventions with focus on functional strengthening, gait training, balance, and fall risk reduction to help patients reach mobility goals; report patient progress and maintain a coordinated approach with the supervising PT; manage caseload by setting your own visit cadence within the plan of care. Territory spans South Bay to South Central LA with flexible, app-enabled scheduling and home-based visits; organization supports efficient charting via TherapySync EMR and handles referrals, authorizations, and billing to allow clinicians to focus on patient progress. Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
