Job Summary
Provide Skilled PTA care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist in home-health settings across a broad California territory, implementing individualized plans of care and performing functional strengthening, gait training, balance work, and fall risk reduction. Document patient progress and communicate with the supervising PT to ensure coordinated care. Manage your own caseload with flexible scheduling across the South Bay to South Central LA region, serving diverse patient populations. Spanish proficiency is a plus. Requirements include CA PTA licensure, CPR/BLS, driver's license with auto insurance, TB test, and any applicable liability and business licenses. You will choose neighborhoods within the territory or adjacent areas to fit commute needs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California Physical Therapy Assistant license
- CPR or BLS certification
- Driver's license and auto insurance
- Physical TB test within the last year
- Professional liability and business license (if applicable)
