Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) -PTA LICENSE REQUIRED

Home Health PTA position delivering patient-centered care across a California territory from the South Bay to South Central LA. Implement individualized plans of care developed by the supervising Physical Therapist; perform functional strengthening, gait training, balance work, and fall risk reduction; document patient responses and coordinate with the supervising PT; manage your own caseload and visit cadence with flexible scheduling through our app-based platform. Requires CA PTA license, CPR/BLS, a valid driver’s license with auto insurance, and current TB test; familiarity with EMR/web-based charting and referrals/billing processes is a plus. Territory includes cities like El Segundo, Gardena, Hawthorne, Hermosa Beach, Inglewood, Lawndale, Lennox, Lomita, Los Angeles, Manhattan Beach, Palos Verdes Estates, Palos Verdes Peninsula, Playa Del Rey, Playa Vista, Rancho Palos Verdes, Redondo Beach, Rolling Hills Estates, Torrance, Westchester, Compton, Huntington Park, Los Angeles, View Park, and Westmont.
