Job Summary
Provide skilled PTA care in home health by implementing individualized plans of care developed by the supervising Physical Therapist; perform functional strengthening, gait training, balance, and fall-risk reduction; report patient progress and coordinate with the supervising PT; manage your own caseload with flexible scheduling across reachable neighborhoods from the South Bay to South Central LA; Spanish proficiency preferred but not required; use TherapySync EMR for compliant documentation and streamlined workflow; drive to diverse patient homes within the assigned territory.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California Physical Therapy Assistant license
- CPR or BLS certification
- Driver's license and auto insurance
- Physical + TB test (within the last year)
- Professional liability and business license (if applicable)
