Job Summary
Provide Skilled PTA care under the supervising Physical Therapist. Implement individualized plans of care, focus on functional strengthening, gait training, balance and fall risk reduction. Document patient progress and communicate with the supervising PT to ensure a coordinated approach. Manage your caseload and visit cadence while choosing geographic flexibility within the assigned home health region. Proficiency with EMR TherapySync and app-based workflow; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- California PTA license
- CPR or BLS certification
- Driver's license and auto insurance
- Physical + TB test (within the last year)
- Professional liability and business license (if applicable)
