Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) -PTA LICENSE REQUIRED

Provide Skilled PTA care under the supervising Physical Therapist, implementing individualized plans of care and performing therapeutic interventions focused on functional strengthening, gait training, balance, and fall-risk reduction. Report patient progress and coordinate with the supervising PT to ensure a unified approach. Manage caseload with the ability to set your own visit cadence. Territory spans from the South Bay (Manhattan Beach, Torrance) to South Central LA (Compton, Huntington Park), with flexibility to focus on preferred neighborhoods within the region. Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required. Requirements include a valid California PTA license, CPR/BLS certification, a valid driver’s license with auto insurance, and up-to-date TB testing. The role supports documentation within TherapySync EMR and coordination of referrals and billing; professional liability/business license may be required.
