Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) -PTA LICENSE REQUIRED

Provide skilled Home Health PTA care by implementing individualized plans of care developed by the supervising Physical Therapist. Perform functional strengthening, gait training, balance training, and fall risk reduction to advance patients’ mobility goals. Document patient responses and communicate with the supervising PT to ensure coordinated care. Manage your own caseload and visit cadence within a diverse territory spanning from the South Bay to South Central LA, choosing preferred neighborhoods within this region. Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required. Territory includes El Segundo, Gardena, Hawthorne, Hermosa Beach, Inglewood, Lawndale, Lennox, Lomita, Los Angeles, Manhattan Beach, Palos Verdes Estates, Palos Verdes Peninsula, Playa Del Rey, Playa Vista, Rancho Palos Verdes, Redondo Beach, Rolling Hills Estates, Torrance, Westchester, Compton, Huntington Park, Los Angeles, View Park, Westmont.
