Job Summary
Home Health PTA to implement individualized plans of care and perform therapeutic interventions (gait training, balance, and fall risk reduction) for a diverse California territory (South Bay to South Central LA). Provides patient progress reporting, coordinates with supervising Physical Therapist, and manages caseload with flexible, in-home visits. Must be licensed as a California PTA, CPR/BLS certified, possess a driver's license with auto insurance, and complete required screenings/tests. Territory-based role with emphasis on in-home, patient-centered care and independent practice within the plan of care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California Physical Therapy Assistant license
- CPR or BLS certification
- Driver's license and auto insurance
- Physical + TB test (within the last year)
- Professional liability and business license (if applicable)
