Job Summary
Provide Skilled PTA care by implementing individualized plans of care developed by the supervising Physical Therapist; perform therapeutic interventions focused on functional strengthening, gait training, balance, and fall risk reduction to help patients reach mobility goals; report patient progress and document responses to treatment, communicating with the supervising PT for coordinated care; manage your own caseload with scheduling flexibility; work across a diverse home health territory in California with app-based workflow to handle referrals, authorizations, and billing, while leveraging our EMR (TherapySync) for compliant charting and documentation; Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California Physical Therapy Assistant license
- CPR or BLS certification
- Driver's license and auto insurance
- Physical + TB test (within the last year)
- Professional liability and business license (if applicable)
