Job Summary
Provide Skilled PTA care in home health settings under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Implement individualized plans of care, perform therapeutic interventions focusing on functional strengthening, gait training, balance, and fall risk reduction; document patient progress and communicate with the supervising PT for coordinated care; manage your caseload with a flexible schedule and autonomous visits in the Los Angeles area. Must hold a valid California PTA license, CPR/BLS, a valid driver's license with auto insurance, and complete a TB test and any applicable professional-liability/business license requirements. Emphasis on patient-centered care, compliant charting via TherapySync EMR, and independent practice within defined service areas.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California Physical Therapy Assistant license
- CPR or BLS certification
- Driver's license and auto insurance
- Physical + TB test (within the last year)
- Professional liability and business license (if applicable)
