Job Summary
Home Health PTA responsible for implementing individualized plans of care and delivering skilled physical therapy interventions to homebound geriatric patients in the Los Angeles area. You will execute treatments focused on functional strengthening, gait training, balance, and fall risk reduction, document patient progress, and communicate with the supervising Physical Therapist to ensure coordinated care. You will manage your own caseload with flexible scheduling and location choice within Los Angeles, including ability to design coverage zones and select cases in areas you prefer. Access to app-based workflow for credentials, scheduling, referrals, authorizations, and billing, plus compliant charting via TherapySync. Requires active California PTA license, CPR/BLS, valid driver's license, auto insurance, recent TB test, and any applicable professional liability/business license.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California Physical Therapy Assistant license
- CPR or BLS certification
- Driver's license and auto insurance
- Physical + TB test (within the last year)
- Professional liability and business license (if applicable)
