Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to determine rehabilitation needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide hands-on physical therapy interventions to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination while educating patients and families on therapeutic exercises and mobility aids. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain accurate records through collaboration with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists. This PRN position offers flexible scheduling where you can freely choose coverage areas, making it an excellent addition to your full-time job.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
