Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) evaluates mobility, strength, and current function, sets goals to improve balance, walking, and transfers, and provides patient education. Responsibilities are conducted in the patient’s residence with a focus on safe mobility, including equipment recommendations and training on proper use. Open to entry level candidates with no prior home health experience; per diem schedule with 6 visits per week, multiple area locations in the San Fernando Valley. Placement in Woodland Hills/Van Nuys area, with benefits package and orientation/training. Not a remote position.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year Physical Therapy experience
- Open to entry level or candidates with no prior home health experience
- Reliable Transportation
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Must be available for orientation and training
- This is NOT a remote position
- Salary is based on a FT schedule
