Physical Therapist (PT) for Home Health in CA. Evaluates mobility, strength and function, sets goals to improve balance, walking, and transfers, provides patient education, and recommends equipment. Works in patients' residences with emphasis on safe mobility. Training provided; per diem schedule (~6 visits/week); not remote; includes benefits and orientation/training week.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year Physical Therapy experience
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Reliable Transportation
- Must be available for one week of orientation and training
