Job Summary
Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and functional levels to set goals for balance, walking, and transfers, with a unique emphasis on safe mobility within the patient's residence. Provide patient education and make recommendations on equipment, including training on proper use. Complete five days of paid orientation and training in Woodland Hills before starting clinical duties. Work per diem across Area #45, including Thousand Oaks, Calabasas, and Simi Valley. Requires one year of Physical Therapy experience, CPR/BLS certification, and reliable transportation.

- Must be available for one week of orientation and training
