Job Summary
Provide one-on-one physical therapy care to patients in their homes within Fresno, Madera, Clovis, Sanger, and Fowler. Manage a flexible daily schedule while utilizing WellSky/Kinnser mobile electronic charting and AI documentation support to reduce documentation time by approximately 60%. This full-time position offers competitive pay-per-visit compensation plus an hourly rate, 40 hours of sick time annually, and a company vehicle after six months.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Active California Physical Therapist license
- At least one year of Physical Therapist experience in a home health, hospital or outpatient setting
- Authorized to work in the United States
