Job Summary
In-home Skilled Physical Therapist (PT) providing geriatric care across East County San Diego with flexible scheduling and per-visit compensation up to $135. Responsibilities include conducting in-home evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, implementing functional strengthening, gait training, balance and fall-risk reduction, scheduling and performing home visits, collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team, and efficient documentation using TherapySync EMR. Must hold a California PT license and CPR/BLS, have a valid driver’s license with auto insurance, complete a TB test and any applicable liability/business licensing requirements. Locations include East County communities such as El Cajon, La Mesa, Lakeside, Santee, Lemon Grove, Spring Valley, and nearby areas; in-person visits are the default work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California Physical Therapist license
- CPR or BLS certification
- Driver's license and auto insurance
- Physical + TB test (within the last year)
- Professional liability and business license (if applicable)
