Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) in Home Health in Columbus, IN. Role involves evaluating and treating patients in a home care environment, establishing and administering a treatment plan using exercises, stretching, manual therapy, and equipment to improve mobility and reduce pain, educating patients and family members, and collaborating with other providers to achieve optimal outcomes. Licensure in the relevant state and CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification required, plus one year of PT experience in home health or similar setting. Can be Part-time or Full-time with competitive pay, benefits, flexible scheduling, and 1:1 patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state associated with this position
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
- One (1) year of professional experience practicing as a Physical Therapist (PT) in a home health or similar setting
