Job Summary
Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions to develop individualized treatment plans, then implement therapeutic exercises to relieve pain and improve mobility, strength, and coordination. Educate patients and caregivers on safety precautions and self-care strategies while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team for holistic, patient-centered care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans. Requires an active Physical Therapist license, Master's or Doctorate degree, minimum one year of experience, current BLS/CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. Full-time role in Salem, Albany, or Corvallis with pay starting at $65 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in practicing state
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Current BLS, hands-on CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
