Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one home health PT services, assess patients, develop and adjust individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, guide exercises, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Requires Virginia PT license, CPR, and 2+ years of experience (home health preferred); travel within the service area to provide in-home care in Christiansburg and surrounding areas.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program
- Active PT license in the state of Virginia
- Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience (home health preferred)
- CPR certification required
- Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
- Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, and compassion
- Ability to work independently in a home setting
- Willingness to travel throughout the service area
