Job Summary
As a Home Health Physical Therapist, provide one-on-one care with patients in their homes, helping patients improve strength and independence to participate in daily living activities, such as church activities or gardening. Must hold a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, current state Physical Therapist license, valid driver’s license, and CPR; requires TB screen and Hepatitis consent/declination and at least two years of PT experience in acute care or rehabilitation settings. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy
- Current State License as a Physical Therapist
- Valid Driver’s License
- Current CPR
- TB screen and Hepatitis consent/declination
- Two years’ experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
