Job Summary
As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will collaborate with a care team to manage and deliver patient care plans, providing high-quality care that impacts patients' lives. You will need a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, a state-issued license, and at least one year of healthcare experience. You should possess a current driver’s license and be prepared to spend approximately 20% of your day driving to patient locations. Strong organizational skills for charting and experience with technology such as tablets and EMR software are also essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college
- Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state of employment
- Minimum of one year healthcare experience
- Current driver’s license
