Assess patients' physical conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapies to achieve optimal outcomes in a mobile outpatient setting. Provide high-quality therapy services to patients in their homes in the Northern part of Colorado, focusing on regaining mobility, independence, and overall wellness. Work directly with patients to empower them while managing Part B–only documentation with less charting. This role offers a 1-2 day weekly commitment with competitive pay, weekly pay, schedule flexibility, and a referral program for additional income.
