Home Health Physical Therapist - Now Hiring!

Assess patients' physical conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapies to achieve optimal outcomes in a mobile outpatient setting. Provide high-quality therapy services to patients in their homes in the Northern part of Colorado, focusing on regaining mobility, independence, and overall wellness. Work directly with patients to empower them, utilizing Part B–only documentation which allows for less charting and more time with patients. This role offers a 1-2 day commitment per week with competitive pay, weekly pay, schedule flexibility, and a referral program for medical professionals.
