Job Summary
Assess patients' physical conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapies to achieve optimal outcomes in a mobile outpatient setting. Provide high-quality therapy services to patients in their homes in the Northern part of Colorado, focusing on regaining mobility, independence, and overall wellness. Enjoy less charting with Part B–only documentation to maximize time with patients. Work 1-2 days a week with competitive pay, weekly payment, and schedule flexibility.
