Job Summary
Assess patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans to implement evidence-based therapies that help them regain mobility, independence, and overall wellness. Provide high-quality therapy services directly in patients' homes within the Northern part of Colorado, focusing on a mobile outpatient setting with Part B–only documentation to minimize charting time. This role requires a 1-2 day weekly commitment and offers competitive pay, weekly pay, schedule flexibility, and a referral program for additional income.
