Assess patients' physical conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapies to achieve optimal outcomes in a mobile outpatient setting. Provide high-quality therapy services to patients in their homes in the Northern part of Colorado, empowering them to regain mobility, independence, and overall wellness with Part B–only documentation. This role offers a 1-2 day commitment a week with weekly pay, schedule flexibility, and a referral program for additional income.
