Assess patients' physical conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapies to achieve optimal outcomes in a mobile outpatient setting. Provide high-quality therapy services to patients in their homes in the Northern part of Colorado, focusing on empowering them to regain mobility, independence, and overall wellness. Work directly with patients in a Part B–only documentation environment that prioritizes patient interaction over charting. This role offers a 1-2 day weekly commitment with competitive pay, weekly payment, and a referral program for additional income.
