Home Health Physical Therapist - Now Hiring!

Assess patients' physical conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapies to achieve optimal outcomes in a mobile outpatient setting. Provide high-quality therapy services to patients in their homes in the Northern part of Colorado, focusing on empowering them to regain mobility, independence, and overall wellness. Work directly with patients to facilitate their recovery while managing Part B–only documentation with less charting time. This role offers 1-2 days of commitment per week with weekly pay, schedule flexibility, and a referral program for additional income.
