Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the Hayward area for a part-time/home health role. You will collaborate with physicians, patients, and support systems to evaluate mobility, strength, and functional level; establish goals to improve balance, gait, strength, and patient education; assess home environments for safe mobility; and recommend equipment as part of home-based therapy. Flexible/Non-traditional scheduling options (e.g., Thursday–Monday) with independence in scheduling and support from an industry leader. Requires active California PT license and BLS; prior home health experience preferred but entry-level candidates considered.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year experience as Licensed Physical Therapist
- Current/active Physical Therapy License – State of California
- BLS Certification
- Strong attention to detail for chart documentation
- Excellent time management/calendaring and ability to deliver timely documentation
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, Gmail)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
