Job Summary
Conduct patient-centered therapeutic treatment for adult and geriatric patients in home health settings. Perform rehabilitation services focusing on functional mobility and therapeutic treatment plans. Maintain current BLS certification and a valid state physical therapy license before independently caring for patients. Execute duties requiring prolonged standing, walking, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Work full-time hours with a schedule that supports 32+ hours per pay period to qualify for matched retirement plans and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy
- Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in state of practice
- BLS certified
- Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
Desired Qualifications
- Six months to one year experience
- Experience with care for adult and geriatric patients
