Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services for adult and geriatric patients in a home health setting, performing therapeutic treatments focused on functional mobility and patient-centered care. Provide rehabilitation services while maintaining current BLS certification and a valid state license. Perform duties requiring prolonged standing, walking, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, including bending, kneeling, and squatting as needed. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy
- Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in state of practice
- BLS certified
- Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
Desired Qualifications
- Six months to one year experience
- Experience with care for adult and geriatric patients
