Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Utilize therapeutic techniques such as Trigger Point Therapy to alleviate pain, provide education on home exercises, and collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Monitor patient progress, adjust interventions as necessary, and participate in discharge planning for smooth transitions. Maintain accurate documentation using appropriate medical terminology. This role involves working on the road in various settings including hospitals, clinics, and outpatient facilities. Day shift availability is required.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Physical Therapy License
- CPR Certification
- Day Shift availability
- Strong understanding of patient care systems and discharge planning processes
- Proficient in medical terminology relevant to physical therapy practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
